Preventive and Curative Acupuncture
Acupuncture is one of the pillars of traditional Chinese medicine. It influences the flow of Qi energy in the body, helping to restore balance when it is disrupted. As a curative treatment, it is particularly effective at relieving pain, improving sleep, alleviating anxiety, and regulating the digestive system. Through this process of rebalancing, it promotes well-being in a wide range of health conditions. It works to strengthen the body’s defenses and improve quality of life for those living with chronic illnesses.
From a preventive standpoint, acupuncture promotes the body’s natural healing mechanisms. It restores physiological balance, which strengthens the immune system and increases the body’s resistance to stress, seasonal changes, and illness. Receiving regular treatment therefore not only addresses symptoms but also helps maintain a state of lasting vitality.
Men's health
Acupuncture supports men’s health. It restores balance to the flow of energy, or Qi, increases vitality, and can help with a wide range of health issues in men. It reduces inflammation, regulates the hormonal system, and supports testosterone production. It can also help with certain prostate conditions, improve sperm quality, and contribute to better male fertility.
Sexual health is an essential aspect of overall well-being. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to discuss concerns specific to men, such as erectile dysfunction, decreased libido, performance anxiety, or emotional difficulties.

Synergy with other treatments
The support I offer can be integrated as a complement to other therapeutic approaches, whether medical, psychological, or physical. The goal is not to replace ongoing treatments, but to support them and maximize their positive effects. We could call this synergy.
By working on a person’s vital energy and overall balance, acupuncture and related guidance can help improve recovery, reduce the side effects of certain treatments, and strengthen the resilience of both body and mind. This complementary approach to care promotes a more integrated and coherent view of health.
